Cobweb Hall - Okehampton

Stayed at a place with no Wi-Fi or mobile signal, but hey, who needs to plan or Google maps? The halogen oven and dark sitting room really added to the experience. Loved the lack of local information too.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful and unique property tucked away in the countryside. Cobweb Hall was the perfect retreat for our break, offering everything we needed and more. the hosts, Sally and Bruce, were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. the location was ideal, allowing easy access to Dartmoor National Park through a nearby pack. the cottage itself was cozy and comfortable, with luxurious bathrooms and comfy beds. We also enjoyed the experience of having a drink at the nearby Highwayman Inn.

Cons: Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The hotel took us back in time with its original features, while still providing all the modern comforts we needed. It's conveniently close to Dartmoor National Park, perfect for hiking and horseback riding. The hosts are friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more amazing. The nearby Highwayman Inn offers an unforgettable dining experience. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and the bathrooms are luxurious. Plus, there's free wi-fi, a flat-screen TV, and an outdoor dining area. Pets are allowed and there's a convenient off-site car park. And of course, it's a no smoking property. Can't wait to visit again soon!
